Shipping Policy

How long does it take to deliver my shipment? 

Delivery time status as below: -

* For Online Paid Order- 3 to 4 Days.

* For COD Orders – 5 to 6 Days.

Feel free to track your order through AWB number provided at Fedex website ( easily or call us at 99-11-470022 for any assistance. 

Which courier company do we deliver? 

All our deliveries are powered by Fedex only. Please note that Fedex only provides express deliveries in limited pin codes across India. If your address is outside the pincode serviced by Fedex, then we will try with another vendor if possible, else the order would be cancelled and you would informed accordingly. 

What happens if I receive the shipment damaged? What is the replacement/return policy? 

We sincerely request you to not accept the package and let the delivery boy know the same. If the package was damaged during travel due to mis-handling, we will re-send it to you once we receive the confirmation from the courier company. We only replace the product in case of the following reasons:

  • You have received our products in damaged stage and have informed on delivery. 
  • We have sent different products and flavours to you besides what you have ordered without informing you  

What is the refund policy? 

In case of the above scenarios where we agree to replace your products, you have the rights to cancel the order and ask for refund. We request you to mail us at or call us at 99-11-470022 to inform us about the same. We will take the necessary steps to refund your amount. Refund could take 7-10 days to get into your account. We would request your cooperation in the same. 

Your shipping charges are on the higher side. Any particular reason? 

Yes, because of popcorn being a very voluminous product, shipping charges are based on the voluminous weight and hence, much higher than the actual weight of the popcorns. Along with this, to ensure timely and quality delivery, we have tied up with Fedex who is known for its quality of service. 

Can i cancel my order after i have placed it? 

After placing an order, you can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 4 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will can either send us a mail at or call us at 99-11-470022. If the products have been dispatched, then we would not be able to cancel the order. 

Is there any other scenario in which my order could be cancelled? 

4700BC Popcorn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.  

Accidently, i have put an incorrect address of delivery. What should i do? 

First, we request you to inform us through mail at or call us at 99-11-470022 immediately. We will try our best to get it updated. However, if a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by 4700BC Popcorn for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
